American Freedom Foundation/Kaplan University: 100% tuition, Deadline: October 13, 2014
This scholarship program is designed to provide support to spouses and dependents of US service members. Two full scholarships covering all tuition and fees and an unlimited number of partial scholarships covering over 50% of tuition costs are available.

Heroes’ Legacy Scholarships$5,000, Deadline: March 15, 2014
Dependent, unmarried children under age 23 of active-duty personnel; Reserve, Guard, and retired military members; or survivors of service members who died while on active duty are eligible for a Heroes’ Legacy Scholarship.

The CaptainU Student-Athlete Scholarship$2,000, Deadline: March 31, 2014
This scholarship from Discus is open to all student athletes graduating high school in 2014 or later who plan to attend a four-year college.

USA Boxing Thomas “Sarge” Johnson Scholarship Program: $3,000, Deadline: September 9, 2014
This athletic scholarship was created to assist USA Boxing athletes attending a two- or four-year college or a technical or vocational school.

Passion for Learning
Nothing shows your passion for learning more than returning to college as an adult. Scholarships like these are available to support you:

American Legion Auxiliary Nontraditional Student Scholarship: $2,000, Deadline: March 1, 2014
This scholarship helps people who are part of the Legion family pursue a college degree later in life or allow them to pick up where they left off when their studies were interrupted.

P.E.O. Program for Continuing Education: $3,000, Deadline: 10 weeks before your first term
The P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) Program for Continuing Education awards grants to outstanding women who find it necessary to return to school to support themselves or their families.
