Thanks for this article. It's sound advice. I definitely agree with the idea of adult education for personal development. I'm not so sure it helps so much with career plans these days. 
 
When so many graduates are unemployed, I'd like to read more about the next steps after graduation. Does it have to be unpaid internships?
